What is connect.uno?
connect.uno is a campus-wide, user-friendly office established to assist the business community in locating UNO resources and services that meet business, technology, and economic development needs.
The connect.uno office is a first point of contact for directing and following-up on requests for information regarding access to University resources and services. For individuals and organizations in the business community, the connect.uno office functions as a one-stop shop for information.
It is the goal of connect.uno to serve as an easy-to-use gateway to UNO resources and services. By providing ease of access to UNO, connect.uno serves to enhance the University's efforts to fulfill its mission as an urban institution -- to support metropolitan economic development and to enhance the lives and skills of the citizens residing in the region through business and community partnerships.
How does the business community use connect.uno?
All callers with requests for information are asked to complete an inquiry form that may be obtained on this website or will be sent to the caller by e-mail or by regular mail service.
A completed inquiry form will be acknowledged by the connect.uno office within two business days.
The form will be used to review the inquiry and to gather enough information to make a referral to the appropriate departmental liaison.
Then, the connect.uno office will send the completed inquiry form to the designated department or departments providing the services requested. Each participating unit will contact the individual making the inquiry on behalf of an organization
