Terms of the connect.uno program include:

All requests for assistance made to connect.uno are treated confidentially by connect.uno staff and by other University of New Orleans faculty and staff who may research or handle your inquiry.
the connect.uno office agrees to either: a.) connect each inquiry to an appropriate UNO department, office, or individual, or, b.) refer the caller to appropriate resources and services outside the University. It is the caller's choice to pursue and/or contact a lead provided for services outside the University of New Orleans.
All fees that may be associated with specific University resources and services are to be negotiated directly between the caller and the specific department or individual supplying services. The connect.uno office does not enter into negotiations for fees charged for any service. Depending upon the specific resources or services requested, there may or may not be accompanying University fees.
All inquiries are acknowledged within two working days. A connection to UNO resources is made within ten working days or referral is provided to other universities or vendors outside the greater New Orleans area.
